Donations - The Coldwater Cudas Swim and Dive Team is asking for a donation of $10.00/child.  We will NOT be doing any fund raising this year because of this donation!!  You may turn in your money with your sign-up sheet/ parental consent form.  Thank you for your contributions to the Cudas Swim and Dive teams!

The following forms are to be filled out and returned Before Practice Starts:
(You will not be able to swim until you have completed the Parent Consent/ Sign Up Form and the Meet Agreement Form)
